Park Policies &Guidelines
- Open year round. Check In time is 2:00 p.m./Check Out time is 11:00 a.m. All guests must Register.
- Cancellation Policy: A Minimum of Seven (7) days notice prior to the scheduled arrival is required to avoid cancellation charges. No refunds for shortened stays.
- Speed Limit is 10 MPH or less in the park for everyone’s safety. No exceptions.
- Driving through occupied or vacant sites is prohibited.
- Daily Quiet Hours are 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Regardless of quiet hours, being excessively loud, domestic disputes, or disturbing others are grounds for immediate removal.
- Camping units must meet RV standards, and guests with towable units must have a suitable tow vehicle.
- Camping units older than 10 Years are subject to Management approval.
- Pets are welcome. Please see Pet Rules & Policies.
- Fishing is allowed: Catch and release. Absolutely NO SWIMMING!
- Campfires are allowed with approved fire rings. Subject to weather conditions.
- Children must have adult supervision at all times, including when they are in the clubhouse.
- Maximum Occupancy per site: 1 RV Unit (No tents), No more than 2 Adults or 2 Adults with minor children are allowed per site without prior management approval. Additional adults may be billed at a rate of $7 per day.
- Parking for up to 2 vehicles is permitted on the assigned RV Site or designated areas only. Do not park vehicles, trailers, etc. in the drive, grass or vacant sites without prior management approval. Vehicles, trailers, etc. inappropriately parked may be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Moving to a different RV Site, Subletting an RV site or Renting an RV to a third party is not allowed without prior management approval.
- A sewer line “Elbow” attachment is required to be threaded into the sewer tap for the sewer connection.
- RV Sites are to be kept clean, litter free (including cigarette butts), neat and orderly. The trash dumpster is located near the park entrance. Outdoor clotheslines on the RV site or hanging clothes in the clubhouse to dry are not allowed.
- RV skirting is allowed; however, it must be approved by management. Straw bales, particle board, etc. are not allowed.
- Heat tracing of the water hose and sewer line are the camper’s responsibility. Continuously running (“Trickling”) water to prevent lines from freezing is prohibited. Management will heat trace and insulate the water hydrant.
- One source of power to the camping unit. All electrical power used in the camping unit must go through the unit’s electrical panel. Additional cords from the pedestal to heaters, added AC units, etc. are not allowed.
- Items/Activities NOT allowed on park grounds:
- Window AC Units
- Vehicle maintenance or mechanical repairs.
- Electric Vehicle (EV) charging.
- Camping unit remodel or major repairs.
- Construction projects.
- Washing of camping units, vehicles, etc.
- Storing hazardous materials.
- Discharging firearms or fireworks.
- The use of swimming/kiddie pools or hose sprayers.
- Smoking/vaping in any park owned building.
- Processing/cleaning wild game or fish.
- The use, possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the park grounds is prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the facility.
- Be Safety conscious! The McPherson RV Ranch, LLC and its’ representatives are not responsible for loss or injury from electrical or water failures, fire, floods, theft, tornadoes, falling trees or other Acts of God.
- Failure to comply or a direct violation of any policies or guidelines of the McPherson RV Ranch may result in immediate eviction and removal from the facility without refund. All costs associated with removal will be the responsibility of the removed party.
- Management reserves the right to modify these policies and guidelines without notice.
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLUB HOUSE
